STAAH & Sayaji Hotels Collaborate to Elevate Hospitality Tech & Operations

STAAH, a hospitality technology company based in New Zealand, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sayaji Hotels, Mumbai. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the New Zealand Prime Minister Christopher Luxon on an official trip to India to strengthen economic and technology relationships between both nations, at the Taj Mahal Hotel, and embodies progressiveness thinking around the economic partnership agenda between New Zealand and India.

As a leading global cloud-based hospitality management and distribution solutions provider, the partnership is expected to drive online bookings, strengthen operational efficiency and revenue management for Sayaji Hotels. Prime Minister Christoph Luxon's visit to India has on the one hand reaffirmed New Zealand and India’s commitment to strengthening bilateral economic and business relationships. The signing ceremony is indicative of both countries’ strategic alignment and willingness to actively pursue technology-led partnerships within priority industry sectors, and attended by dignitaries of over 80 government and business representatives.

 “India and New Zealand share a rapidly expanding economic partnership, especially evident within the hospitality industry, Partnerships like this between STAAH and Sayaji Hotels reflect New Zealand’s innovation strength, enhancing operational efficiency and guest experiences in India’s dynamic tourism market.” said Prime Minister Luxon.

Tarun Joukani, Director at STAAH, stressed the strategic importance of this collaboration in advancing operational efficiency for Indian hotels. “As the hospitality landscape rapidly evolves, technology has become central to optimizing guest experiences and hotel operations,” he stated.
